Expandable "Navigation" Shortcut Bar

Shortcut Bar allows you to expand or collapse the main Shortcut Bar to a "navigation" bar. This bar can be used to maximize the available space for the client area while still benefiting from the navigation capabilities of the Shortcut Bar. Once collapsed the complete Shortcut Bar can be viewed by clicking the navigation pane button.
