We accept orders from customers world wide. We know that it is not always possible to place an order online. Because of this we offer several purchase options for you to choose from.
The fastest and easiest way to purchase our products is to order online. To buy online, visit our Online Store and click on the appropriate link in the Product Price List, then proceed to checkout. When you are prompted for ‘Payment Method’ you can either pay by credit card online or fax your payment details to us.
If you choose ‘Fax Order In’, print the page that is displayed, fill in your payment information and fax it back to us at (989) 472-4762. Please feel free to call us at any time with any questions you may have at (989) 472-4761 option 1.
We also accept Purchase Orders, Check, Money Order, and Wire Transfer.
You can extend the maintenance subscription for any license purchased. The maintenance subscription includes version upgrades and technical support. We offer renewal subscriptions through our website. To order online, select the order ID from your Order History page, or go to your Product Download page. Click the ( renew ) link next to the product name. This will automatically add the subscription renewal to your shopping cart. You can then review your order and make any changes needed prior to checkout.
Note, the subscription renewal extends the maintenance term of the original order by one year from the date of expiration. We offer a 20% discount to all of our customers with expired subscriptions who wish to upgrade to Toolkit Pro or Suite Pro.

We also accept purchase order requests. You can fax your request to (989) 472-4762. Please include a contact name and email address when placing a purchase order. Also, please follow the steps above for Fax Orders and include the form with your order.
