Please provide us with as much detailed information as possible, such as your Order Number or Evaluation, what Product you are using, Product Version, Development Platform, Operating System, and any Service Packs or SDK's that are relevant to your problem. The more information you can provide us will help us provide you support in a timely manner.
For technical issues, include a short description of the behavior you expected, the behavior you observed, and any error messages, screenshots, sample projects, or call stacks that can help us reproduce the problem. If your question is about installation, licensing, or downloads, include the email address associated with your account and the product or subscription involved.
Our support team uses this information to route requests to the right person and reduce follow-up questions. Clear reproduction steps are especially helpful for component behavior, compiler errors, deployment questions, and UI differences between Windows or Visual Studio versions.
